What data I collect

When you use the quote form: your name, town, email address and/or phone number and your description of the job.

When you contact me by WhatsApp, email or phone: the details you share in that conversation.

This website does not collect any other personal data and does not use analytics or tracking.

Why I use your data, and on what basis

  • To answer your request, contact you about the job and prepare a quote. Basis: your consent, given with the checkbox on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and the steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • If you become a client: to carry out the work and invoice it. Basis: the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations such as tax rules (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Your data is never used for advertising and never sold.

How long I keep your data

Quote requests that do not lead to a job are deleted after one year at the latest. If you become a client, your details are kept for as long as the law requires, for example for tax purposes.

Who receives your data

Your data is only processed by:

  • Hostinger, the hosting provider that runs this website and delivers the form to me by email, as a processor on my behalf.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider, if you choose to contact me that way.
  • A trusted professional from my network, only when that is needed for your job and only with your agreement.

Data is passed to public authorities only when the law requires it. If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this only happens with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect anything done before.

Send your request to info@prallround.com. I will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

This website does not place cookies and does not use similar technologies for analytics, advertising or tracking. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated and your consent will be asked first.
